1 out of 5 starsTotal disaster. Received my shoes with glue all over them. Then had to pay to ship them back because she did not believe me. I am now on my 4th week of waiting for her to purchase me a new pair of shoes. I have been beyond patient, but I am completely fed up. Nothing but excuses of personal information that I do not need to know. PLEASE JUST REFUND MY MONEY.

Upon review of her shoes when she shipped them back to me, there was a foreign substance (not glue, looked like candle wax) on them that was not there when I shipped them to her initially as I take pictures of everything before I send them out. However, to keep her happy, I did refund her money and returned her shoes to her. Never have I ever had anyone be disappointed with the quality of my work and I hope this review does not deter anyone from purchasing from me in the future - thanks!
